Backing Up Outlook Email
Follow each step to back up your Outlook Email into a PST file. PST files make it easy to restore your email, contacts, and calendar into Outlook.
Open Outlook & Click on the File Menu
Click the Open & Export side Menu
Click the Import/Export Button
Select Export to a File
Click Next
Select Outlook Data File (.pst)
Click Next
Click on your Email Address (e.g., email@domain.com) so it is highlighted in blue
Make Sure Include Subfolders is checked
Click Next
Leave the password field empty
Click OK
Your email should begin backing up; if your mailbox is large, it may take a while to finish backing up.
